ADHDA Annual Meeting

Fri, Nov 18, 2011

The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) will hold its annual meeting Friday, December 2, 2011 during the regular monthly meeting. It will convene at 8:30 a.m. at Baked Alaska located at 1 12 Street in Downtown Astoria. At this meeting, ADHDA will announce the results of the board of directors’ election.

Each year, the terms of three of our nine board members expire, and an election is held to fill those spots. The terms that will expire at the end of this year are those held by Jennifer Holen, Rose Marie Paavola and Blue Anderson (who was appointed to the position previously held by Patricia Saunders). Incumbent directors have the option to run for re-election. New board members will be the three candidates receiving the most votes of all candidates on the ballot.
