Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR):
CEDR’s mission is to deliver business-driven economic development services to create, grow and retain businesses in Clatsop County. They provide services including:
- Business Counseling – including finance and accounting, organization and workforce, sales and marketing, and operations.
- Specialized Services
- Workforce Recruitment and Training – including labor market information, workforce recruitment, wage and benefit comparisons, job descriptions, customized hiring events, pre-employment testing, customized training to meet your business’ specific needs, work experience opportunities, financial aid assistance including access to training grants, and drug policy assistance.

Small Businesses Development Center (SBDC)
SBDC provides small business assistance to existing and start-up businesses. Business owners (potential, new or current) should contact the SBDC for assistance. All counseling services are free of charge, and many of the seminars and classes are also free.
