Downtown Holiday Lighting Celebration
November 25 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
After Thanksgiving, the downtown undergoes a transformation. Our Winter Holiday Lights get turned on in bright and cheery display, but not before we celebrate! Join us from 4:30 to 6:00pm at the Liberty Theater for a Live Music provided by Astoria Christmas-Club. There will be free Cocoa from The Rusty Cup and vanilla shortbread cookies made by Gathered Bake Shop & Market. Santa will be joining us on a big red firetruck curtesy of Astoria Fire Department. Astoria Regatta‘s Queen Jasmine will be joining us Stick around for a speech by Mayor Sean Fitzpatrick, who will lead the countdown to the turning on of the downtown Winter Holiday Lights!
